Chiti Design is a creative and social communication design agency based out of Shahpur Jat, Delhi.

We're looking for a Video Editor to join our in-house team full-time.

Video Editor – Full Time

What you'll do:

- Edit Reels, YouTube content, and campaign videos for a mix of active clients (restaurants, cafés, fashion labels, wellness brands)
- Turn raw shoot footage into scroll-stopping short-form content — pacing, hooks, sound design, captions
- Collaborate closely with our content and design team on concepts before and during edits
- Manage multiple client turnarounds simultaneously in a rapid-paced agency environment
- Stay on top of trending formats, transitions, and audio to keep our clients' content current

What we're looking for Full Time:

- 1-2 years of experience editing for social media (agency, brand, or freelance)
- Strong command of Premiere Pro / adobe creative suits software
- An eye for pacing and rhythm — you know what makes someone stop scrolling
- Comfortable working across varied brand tones (a café isn't shot/cut like a fashion label)
- Can work with the team of Graphic designer, social media manager and creative head
- Bonus: motion graphics / After Effects skills
- Use of AI to make the process fast
- Good communication skills
- Be part of meetings, planning and photoshoots

Video Editor – Internship

What you'll do:





- Assist in editing Reels, YouTube content, and campaign videos for a mix of active clients (restaurants, cafés, fashion labels, wellness brands)
- Help turn raw shoot footage into scroll-stopping short-form content — pacing, hooks, sound design, captions
- Work closely with our content and design team on concepts before and during edits
- Support the team with multiple client turnarounds in a fast-paced agency environment
- Stay on top of trending formats, transitions, and audio to keep our clients' content current

What we're looking for:

- 0-1 years of experience editing for social media (college projects, personal reels, freelance, or agency exposure all count)
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro / Adobe Creative Suite
- A developing eye for pacing and rhythm — you know what makes someone stop scrolling
- Willingness to adapt across varied brand tones (a café isn't shot/cut like a fashion label)
- Comfortable collaborating with graphic designers, social media managers, and the creative head
- Bonus: motion graphics / After Effects skills
- Curiosity to use AI tools to speed up the editing process
- Be part of meetings, planning and photoshoots
