Role Description The Video Editor and Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves planning, editing, and producing video content for digital campaigns, social media, and brand initiatives, including cutting footage, adding effects, synchronizing audio, and optimizing content for various platforms. The team member will handle color grading and motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling and maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all video assets.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include creating and adapting graphic designs for social media posts, ads,



website visuals, and other marketing materials in line with brand guidelines. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing team and content creators to translate concepts and briefs into polished visual outputs that support campaign objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience creating content for digital and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance overall look and feel of video projects.
- Ability to design and animate Motion Graphics for intros, transitions, lower thirds, and other visual elements.
- Solid Graphics skills for creating social media creatives, ad assets, thumbnails, and branding collaterals.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
- Strong sense of visual composition, typography, and brand alignment, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Relevant education or certification in design, film, multimedia, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio showcasing video and design work is required.
