Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore for a Video and Graphics Designer at AALROOT. The role involves designing visual assets such as graphics, logos, icons, and brand elements for digital and print materials that support IoT products and solutions. The designer will create and edit videos for product demonstrations, marketing campaigns, explainer content, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and technical messaging.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product, marketing,



and engineering teams to understand requirements, developing design concepts and storyboards, and preparing final deliverables optimized for various platforms. The role also requires maintaining a consistent visual identity across all media, managing design files and assets, and staying updated on design trends and tools relevant to technology and IoT industries.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital, print, and multimedia content.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive visual identities.
- Proficiency in Typography for clear, engaging, and accessible visual communication.
- Ability to design and edit videos using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar tools.
- Portfolio demonstrating video projects and graphic design work, preferably in technology or product-focused environments.
- Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to interpret technical concepts into clear visuals.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
