Vice Principal – Little Scholars High School Location: Kamareddy Job Type: Full time Reporting To: Principal / Management Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Principal in smooth academic and administrative operations. Monitor teaching quality, lesson plans, syllabus completion and student performance. Conduct classroom observations and guide teachers for improvement.

Maintain teacher accountability, discipline and punctuality. Monitor student discipline, attendance and overall wellbeing. Coordinate examinations, results, activities and school events. Address parent concerns professionally.

Ensure effective communication between teachers, coordinators and management. Take responsibility for smooth day-to-day school functioning. Submit regular updates and reports to the Principal/Management.

RequirementsPostgraduate degree with B.Ed. preferred.

Experience in teaching and school academic leadership. Strong communication, leadership and team-management skills. Ability to handle teachers, students and parents effectively. Proactive, disciplined and result-oriented.
