Role Summary

We’re hiring a senior, client-facing VP, Delivery to lead large-scale solution delivery programs for enterprise customers. This role sits at the intersection of solutioning, delivery execution, and client leadership owing to outcomes from deal handover through successful deployment and value realization.

You’ll lead complex AI-enabled solution programs (data platforms, intelligent automation, GenAI use cases, ML solutions), manage multi-vendor ecosystems, and partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Architecture, and Delivery teams to ensure predictable, profitable, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Delivery & Execution

- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise solutions across multiple client engagements.
- Lead delivery of AI-powered solutions including ML models, data platforms, GenAI use cases, and automation solutions.
- Drive solution handover from Pre-Sales to Delivery with clear scope, success metrics, and delivery plans.
- Establish delivery of governance, cadence, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Ensure delivery quality across Agile, hybrid, and milestone-based delivery models.

Client Partnership & Account Growth

- Act as the senior delivery sponsor for strategic accounts.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with client CXOs and business leaders.




- Drive client satisfaction, renewals, and referenceable success stories.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales and Account teams.

Financial & Commercial Ownership

- Drive margin improvement through delivery optimization, right-shoring, and automation.
- Manage contract governance, scope change, commercials, and renewals.
- Support solution shaping, commercials, and large deal pursuits.

AI Solutions & Innovation

- Partner with Solution Architects, Data Science, and Engineering to translate client business problems into AI-enabled solution roadmaps.
- Ensure solutions are production-ready, scalable, secure, and compliant.
- Drive adoption of reusable solution accelerators, templates, and delivery playbooks.
- Ensure responsible AI practices and governance across client solutions.

Leadership & Delivery Excellence

- Build and lead high-performing Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and Project Leads.
- Coach teams on solution delivery best practices and client management.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery frameworks, metrics, tooling, and quality standards.
- Influence leadership on delivery strategy and solution portfolio evolution.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

- 15+ years in delivery / program / engagement management within Solutions, Systems Integration, or Consulting environments.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise solutions.
- Strong client-facing leadership with executive stakeholder management.
- Experience with Agile, SAFe, hybrid delivery, and solution delivery lifecycles.
- Solid financial management (P&L;, margins, forecasting, commercial negotiations).
- Experience leading globally distributed delivery teams.

Good-to-Have

- Cloud delivery exposure on AWS or Google Cloud.
- Experience building reusable industry solutions or accelerators.
- Certifications: PMP, SAFe Agilist, ITIL, or Prince2.
