Role Description The Vendor Manager – Quantity Surveyor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North. This role is responsible for managing vendor relationships, overseeing quantity surveying activities, and supporting cost planning and control for real estate projects.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing estimates, bills of quantities, and cost reports; evaluating vendor proposals; and ensuring accurate measurement and valuation of work. The role involves coordinating procurement activities, negotiating contracts and rates, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budget.





The Vendor

Manager – Quantity Surveyor collaborates closely with project, finance, and operations teams to maintain strong communication, support risk mitigation, and drive efficiency in vendor and contract management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret project data, assess costs, and support accurate quantity surveying and budget control.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Communication skills to engage vendors, agree on commercial terms, and maintain clear, professional interactions.
- Candidates should possess Procurement and Contract Management skills to handle vendor onboarding, purchase processes, and end-to-end contract lifecycle management.
- Candidates should possess additional abilities such as attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying tools, and familiarity with construction or real estate project workflows.
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field, along with prior experience in vendor management or quantity surveying, is highly beneficial.
