- Developing T&C; layout & processes, assembly sequences, BOM, and product process interface studies.
- Hands on experience in Digital phase.
- Performing 8 PR checks, ensuring all processes meet standards and requirements.
- Implementing ergonomic principles in design and layout.
- Calculating DST and managing direct materials.
- Leading diversity management initiatives within the team.
- Generating Poka Yoke proposals and designing tools, jigs, and fixtures.
- Managing digital lot and proposing cost-saving measures such as C/M proposals.




- Converging Ki for efficient processes and creating physical mockups.
- Developing FOP (Operation sheet) and estimating project costs.

Experience: 3-7 Years

Education: BE or Master in Mechanical or Relevant
