What You'll Do

-> Inspect site and finish the task assigned

-> Contact the customer and identify the property

-> Document and measure the dimension of the property

-> Submit accurate valuation report in application (Training provided)

What Were Looking For

-> Knowledge in analysing Building plans and land use maps

(Training Provided)

-> Effective communication and client coordination

-> Comfort with digital tools and applications (training provided)

-> Proficiency in Tamil and English is mandatory

Preferred candidate profile

-> Location: Tambaram,Guduvancherry,Mangadu,Padappai,Poonamallee,OMR,ECR

-> Experience:1-10 years

Qualification: Diploma/Bachelors in Civil Engineering or Bachelors in Architecture or any degree
