Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Valuation Analyst, located in Ahmedabad.
The Valuation
Analyst will be responsible for conducting business valuations, creating financial models, performing in-depth financial analysis, and supporting advisory projects. The role also involves interpreting data, preparing valuation reports, and collaborating with team members to deliver client-focused solutions.
The individual will work closely with senior professionals to ensure high-quality outputs on all assignments.
Qualifications
- Solid proficiency in Business Valuation and Valuation principles
- Demonstrated experience with Financial Modeling and Finance-related practices
- Advanced Analytical Skills, with a focus on data interpretation and problem-solving
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate work
- Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex findings clearly
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, financial databases)
- Certification in CFA, CPA, or equivalent financial qualifications is a plus
