Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct usability testing, product validation, and experience testing for digital products across web and mobile platforms.
- Evaluate digital journeys to identify usability issues, customer pain points, navigation challenges, and experience gaps.
- Design and execute usability studies, user testing sessions, and validation exercises based on product objectives.
- Apply design thinking and user-centered methodologies to evaluate and improve product experiences.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to identify usability patterns and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Business teams to validate product concepts and solutions.
- Document testing findings, usability issues, recommendations, and improvement opportunities in a structured manner.
- Support pre-launch and post-launch product validation and contribute to continuous UX improvement.
- Track identified issues through resolution and validate whether design/product changes address the original user problems.

Ideal Candidate

1Strong Usability / UX Testing and Validation Profiles

2Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 1+ YOE in product validation, usability testing, design thinking, or experience testing roles, working on digital products

3Mandatory (Experience 2):



Must have hands-on experience in testing user journeys, workflows, and interaction flows for web or mobile applications

4Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have practical experience conducting usability testing, prototype testing, and concept validation with users before product release

5Mandatory (Experience 4): Experience in identifying usability issues, user friction points, and iterating designs based on feedback and testing insights

6Mandatory (Experience 5)- – Must have robust hands-on experience with Maze for prototype testing, unmoderated usability testing, surveys, and quantitative user research OR Content Square for customer journey analysis, heatmaps, session recordings, behavioral analytics, and digital experience optimization (atleast 1 tool experience is required)

7Mandatory (Skills 1): Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and design thinking methodologies

8Mandatory (Skills 2): Basic understanding of user behavior and usability heuristics to improve overall product experience

9Mandatory (Company): Candidates from B2C consumer-facing digital product companies, fintech, e-commerce, or product-driven organizations

10Mandatory (Education): B Des/M Des from Tier 1 college (NID, NIFT, IIT highly preferred)
