Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually consistent web and application interfaces.
- Translate business and functional requirements into effective UI designs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guidelines.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, developers, and project managers.
- Ensure designs are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Apply usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.
- Conduct design reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure consistency across screens, workflows, and digital products.
- Support developers during implementation and provide UI specifications/assets.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in User Interface Design and UX/UI Design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.




- Understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
- Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working on large-scale or high-complexity enterprise projects.

Qualifications

- Experience with enterprise applications and digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility standards.
- Experience with design systems such as Material Design.
- Basic understanding of React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.
- Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback.
- Relevant UI/UX or design certification is an advantage.
