Role Description The User Experience Researcher at Hoora will work on-site in Sehore in a full-time capacity, closely collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams. This role involves planning and conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and observational studies to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points across Hoora’s apps and services. The researcher will analyze qualitative and quantitative data, synthesize insights, and translate findings into clear recommendations and user-centered design improvements.

Day-to-day tasks include creating research plans,



defining research questions, building user personas, mapping user journeys, and presenting insights to stakeholders. The individual will also contribute to continuous improvement of research practices, support design thinking workshops, and help ensure that product decisions are grounded in evidence-based UX research.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Computer Interaction, with applied knowledge of UX principles and interaction patterns.
- Demonstrated experience in User Research and UX Research, including planning, executing, and documenting studies.
- Proficiency in Design Thinking methods, such as problem framing, ideation, prototyping, and user validation.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for structuring data, identifying patterns, and generating actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to communicate research findings clearly through reports, presentations, and visual artifacts.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in product, design, and engineering environments.
- Familiarity with common UX research tools (e.g., survey platforms, usability testing tools, analytics) is beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in Sehore and engaging directly with users and internal stakeholders.
