Company Description Temploracraft is a resume-building platform designed for the Indian job market, helping job seekers create polished, application-ready resumes. Users select from community-designed, MIT-licensed templates and receive instant, rule-based resume scores with specific suggestions for improvement. The platform supports tailoring resume content to individual job descriptions and offers watermark-free PDF and Word exports.

A Pro subscription provides access to curated premium templates, custom share links, and AI-assisted rewrites, while premium template widgets are available as one-time add-on purchases. Temploracraft focuses on combining design, usability, and intelligent feedback to simplify and improve the resume creation process.

Role Description The User Interface Engineer will design, implement, and refine user interfaces for Temploracraft’s web application, ensuring an intuitive and visually consistent experience across the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining reusable UI components, collaborating with product and design teams to translate user journeys into responsive interfaces, and optimizing UI performance for various devices and browsers. The role also involves conducting UI testing, addressing usability issues,



and integrating feedback from user research and analytics to improve interaction flows.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional team members.

Qualifications

- Strong front-end development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with UI/UX principles, responsive design, design systems, and working closely with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Knowledge of web performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development.
- Familiarity with version control (Git), component-based architecture, and integrating UI with RESTful APIs or GraphQL backends.
- Comfort with testing and quality practices, including unit testing for UI components and basic end-to-end or integration testing.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced product environment.
- Experience building consumer-facing web products, especially in edtech, career tools, or SaaS platforms, is an advantage.
