Role Description The US Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. On a day-to-day basis, this role will identify talent through job boards, social media, databases, and networking, while maintaining strong candidate pipelines for healthcare, IT, and other professional roles. The US Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements, schedule interviews, negotiate compensation, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.





The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, using ATS and CRM tools, and providing regular updates and reports on hiring activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment for US markets, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Robust familiarity with US job boards, social media recruiting, and talent sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases).
- Knowledge of US hiring practices, basic employment terminology, and time zone coordination for candidate and client communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to conduct professional interviews and client interactions.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment CRMs, and MS Office or similar productivity tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring targets and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset, with the ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in US healthcare staffing, IT recruitment, or RPO environments is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work US business hours and adapt to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
