### About the Role

NextHire Consulting is looking for enthusiastic US Recruitment Interns to join our recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in US recruitment, candidate sourcing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.

### Key Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.

Conduct cold calls to candidates and explain relevant job opportunities.

Perform LinkedIn outreach and messaging to potential candidates.

Screen candidates based on job requirements.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates through calls, messages, and emails.

Coordinate with the recruitment team throughout the hiring process.

Meet daily/weekly sourcing and outreach targets.

### Requirements

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable working in US shift timings/night shift.

Willingness to make cold calls and communicate with candidates.

Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and social media platforms.





Some exposure to LLM-based chat tools is welcome.

Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

Freshers and students looking for practical recruitment experience can apply.

Ability to commit 4–6 hours per day during US working hours.

This is an unpaid internship and requires a commitment of 4–6 hours per day during US working hours/night shift. Candidates demonstrating strong performance, consistency, and successful recruitment closures may be considered for a full time Recruiter opportunity (PPO) with NextHire Consulting.
