Requirements
1-2 Years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Strong experience with W2 and Full-Time requirements.
Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals.
Knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified IT professionals for W2 positions
- Work closely with Partners and clients
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions
- Build robust relationships with candidates and stakeholders
