Role Description The US IT Recruiter at Widespread is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements, create accurate job postings, and build strong talent pipelines through job boards, professional networks, and referrals.

Day-to-day tasks include resume review, candidate outreach, conducting phone and video interviews, managing interview schedules across time zones, and maintaining accurate recruitment records in tracking systems. The US IT Recruiter will also support compliance with hiring policies, contribute to process improvements, and ensure a professional and inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Solid Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills to manage end-to-end hiring processes.




- Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting to effectively assess technical roles and candidate capabilities.
- Experience in Hiring activities, including interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Familiarity with US hiring practices, time zones, and employment norms is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work on multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
