- Experience: 1–2 years of International BPO (ITNL) experience is mandatory
- Communication: Excellent English communication is mandatory
- Transport: Candidate's residence should be within a 15 km radius of the office

- Up to ₹45,000 (depending on their last drawn)

Selection Process HR, VNA and Ops
- HR Round –
- Normal phone call + Zoom call
- VNA Round (Voice and Accent) –
- Tongue twisters, speaking topic, paragraph reading, and pronunciation of challenging US city/citizen names
- Aptitude Test –
- Vocabulary, Grammar, Typing (20 WPM), and Logical Reasoning
- Operations Round
