Job Summary

Calimontex Technologies India Private Limited is looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with experience in recruiting and marketing for the U.S. IT job market.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of U.S. IT recruitment, work authorization, candidate marketing, vendor/client communication, and the U.S. hiring process.

Responsibilities

- Recruit and market OPT/CPT candidates for U.S. IT job opportunities.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidate resumes and evaluate technical skills, experience, and work authorization.
- Submit qualified candidates to vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding job requirements and candidate submissions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records, submissions, interview schedules, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.
- Stay updated on U.S. IT hiring trends and common work authorization categories.

Requirements
- 6 Months – 3 Years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Experience with OPT/CPT candidate recruitment or marketing preferred.
- Basic understanding of U.S.



work authorization such as F-1 OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, and H-1B.
- Positive verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment platforms.
- Comfortable communicating with vendors, clients, and candidates.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in an evening/night shift aligned with U.S. business hours.
- Ability to work from the office in Bhubaneswar.
