Role & responsibilities:
- Invoicing, Recording all transactions
- Book keeping in Quickbooks & M3
- Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals, and logs.
- Reconciliation of Bank and Credit Card Transactions
- US Tax Complianes inculding Payroll
- Financial Reporting.
- Support in the month-end period close
- Support in annual financial audits
- Follow our company's established accounting processes.
- Perform other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as required.
- ADHOC projects in support of the accounting department
Preferred candidate profile
- Having sound knowledge in Accounting Aspects/Principles
- Should be a Commerce Background
