Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA

- Role & responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 products
- Troubleshoot issues related to Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive & Office 365
- Handle customer queries through voice, chat and email
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues within SLA
- Create and manage support tickets
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams
- Ensure excellent customer experience and first-contact resolution

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- Good knowledge of Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in Product Support / Technical Support / Service Desk
