Role Description The Unity XR Developer will work full time on-site in Remote, OR, designing and implementing immersive XR applications that enhance temple insights and travel-related user experiences.

Responsibilities include developing interactive 3D environments in Unity, integrating XR features for AR/VR devices, and optimizing performance across supported platforms. The role involves collaborating with product, design, and backend teams to define technical requirements, implement user flows, and connect front-end XR experiences to APIs and data services. The developer will write clean, maintainable code, debug and resolve technical issues, contribute to feature planning,



and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Ongoing tasks include prototyping new concepts, testing usability, and refining XR experiences based on user feedback and business needs.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Unity development, including scene management, prefabs, animations, and performance optimization for XR applications.
- Hands-on experience with XR frameworks (AR/VR), device SDKs (e.g., Oculus, OpenXR), and interaction design for immersive environments.
- Strong programming skills in C# and understanding of object-oriented design, debugging, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate product requirements into technical tasks, and communicate clearly in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Experience with API integration, basic knowledge of 3D assets and workflows (models, textures), and familiarity with performance profiling tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience building and shipping interactive XR or game applications; exposure to travel, hospitality, or location-based services is a plus.
- Robust problem-solving mindset, willingness to learn new tools and frameworks
