We are expanding our US Healthcare Staffing team and are looking for experienced US Healthcare Recruiters to join our growing team.

The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience recruiting Nursing and Allied Healthcare professionals and a strong understanding of the US Healthcare staffing market. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing and screening, submission management, and candidate relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for US staffing requirements.
- Recruit for RN, LPN, CNA, and Allied Healthcare positions across various specialties.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening based on job requirements.
- Conduct candidate qualification calls and assess experience, skills, availability, location, and other job-specific requirements.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through submission and placement.
- Work with MSP/VMS platforms and follow client-specific submission processes.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS/VMS systems.
- Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities, interviews, offers, and onboarding requirements.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and internal teams to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards.




- Stay updated on US Healthcare staffing trends, requirements, and market conditions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing/Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience recruiting RN, LPN, CNA, and Allied Healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of the US Healthcare staffing and recruitment process.
- Experience working with MSP/VMS platforms.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills using job boards, databases, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and candidate relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job requirements and candidates in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of US time zones and healthcare staffing terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the recruitment team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience recruiting for Travel, Contract, Per Diem, or Direct Hire healthcare positions.
- Knowledge of US healthcare licenses, certifications, credentials, and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with ATS, CRM, and VMS platforms.
- Prior experience supporting major US Healthcare MSP/VMS programs.
