We are seeking exceptional design talent to join our team and create user interfaces for both desktop and mobile platforms, with a strong emphasis on delivering top-tier user experiences.

Responsibilities

· Design intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for web and mobile products.

· Develop high-quality UX solutions, including wireframes, visual designs, prototypes, flow diagrams, storyboards, and site maps.

· Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.

· Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, you will be involved in the entire design process, from concept development to implementation.

· Ensure that the visual design adheres to brand guidelines, effectively conveying the product's purpose and key messages to create a consistent and compelling user experience.

·Collaborate in an agile setting,



actively participating in design sprints and adapting to evolving project requirements.

Requirement

· 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a preference for candidates with experience in the banking or fintech sector.

. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as graphic design, interaction design, or a related discipline.

· A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.

· Proficiency in design tools and technologies such as Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team while also being able to work independently.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, with the skill to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Keen attention to detail and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.
