Role Description The UI Technology Trainer is a part time, on-site role based at Naresh i Technologies in Hyderabad. This role involves designing and delivering classroom-based training on modern UI technologies and frameworks to students and corporate participants. The trainer will plan and update course content, prepare training materials, conduct interactive sessions, and provide hands-on guidance through practical exercises and real-time project work.

Responsibilities include assessing learner progress, offering constructive feedback,



mentoring participants on industry expectations, and coordinating with academic and placement teams to support successful outcomes. The trainer is also expected to stay current with emerging UI tools and trends and incorporate them into the curriculum.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Curriculum Development and Instructional Design skills to create structured, industry-relevant UI training programs.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Education skills to explain complex UI concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess solid Training experience, including conducting instructor-led sessions, workshops, or labs on UI technologies.
- Proficiency in modern UI technologies (such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue) is highly beneficial.
- Prior teaching, corporate training, or mentoring experience in technical domains is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
- Ability to design practical assignments, evaluate performance, and support learners in building job-ready portfolios.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in a part time schedule, and a collaborative approach to working with academic and placement teams.
