Junior Web Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual design, a good understanding of web design and UI/UX principles, and a willingness to explore and adopt new technologies, especially AI-powered design and productivity tools.

The candidate will work closely with designers, developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to create engaging, user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design responsive and visually appealing websites, landing pages, dashboards, admin panels, and digital interfaces.

- Create intuitive and user-friendly UI designs for web applications and dashboard-based products.

- Design website layouts, dashboard screens, UI components, forms, tables, navigation systems, cards, banners, graphics, and other digital assets.

- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other relevant design tools.

- Maintain consistency in design systems, UI components, typography, colors, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

- Apply strong principles of color theory, typography, composition, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy.

- Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently.

- Provide design specifications, assets, and guidelines required for development.

- Review implemented designs and identify visual or usability issues.

- Create and edit basic videos, animations, banners, and multimedia content for websites and digital platforms.

- Make design improvements based on feedback, usability considerations, analytics, and project requirements.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new features and digital experiences.

- Maintain organized design files and reusable components for efficient collaboration.

- Stay updated with current web design trends, UI/UX practices, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Dashboard & Web Application Design




- Design modern and user-friendly dashboards and admin panels.

- Create clear data presentation layouts using cards, tables, charts, graphs, filters, tabs, and other UI elements.

- Design dashboards with a strong focus on usability, information hierarchy, and ease of navigation.

- Understand different user roles and design interfaces according to their requirements.

- Create responsive dashboard layouts suitable for different screen sizes.

- Work with developers and product teams to translate functional requirements into effective UI designs.

- Improve existing dashboards and web applications based on user feedback and usability requirements.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of web design and UI/UX fundamentals.

- Experience or strong interest in designing websites, dashboards, admin panels, and web applications.

- Proficiency in Figma.

- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe XD.

- Good understanding of color theory, typography, layouts, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy.

- Basic knowledge of responsive web design.

- Understanding of common UI components and design patterns.

- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.

- Basic understanding of design systems and reusable UI components.

- Familiarity with basic video editing and multimedia content creation.

- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to understand design requirements and convert ideas into effective visual concepts.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work effectively with developers and other team members.

- Willingness to learn current tools, technologies, and design techniques.

AI & Emerging Technology

Candidates should be interested in using AI as part of their creative and productivity workflow.





Familiarity with tools such as Google Stitch, Gemini, and other AI-powered design, content creation, prototyping, or video-editing tools will be an advantage.

The candidate should be willing to:

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with internship or project experience in web design, UI/UX, dashboards, or digital product design are encouraged to apply.

- A portfolio demonstrating web, dashboard, UI/UX, graphic, or digital design work is preferred.
