JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Travel Executive to handle both international and domestic travel requirements. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, preparing customized travel itineraries, handling bookings, coordinating with travel partners, and providing end-to-end customer support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle enquiries for domestic and international travel packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable destinations, packages and itineraries.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries, quotations and proposals.
- Handle flight, hotel, transfers, sightseeing, activities and travel insurance bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers and other travel partners.
- Assist customers with visa documentation and application processes for international travel.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to get competitive rates.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the booking process.
- Handle changes, cancellations, amendments and customer queries.
- Provide pre-travel and post-booking support to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments,



quotations and customer information.
- Stay updated with new destinations, travel packages, seasonal offers and travel trends.
- Achieve assigned sales and booking targets.

REQUIREMENTS

- 1–4 years of experience in travel, tourism, holiday packages or travel consultancy.
- Experience handling both domestic and international travel will be preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations.
- Strong communication, customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of travel packages, hotels, flights and itinerary planning.
- Knowledge of international visa processes will be an advantage.
- Sales-oriented with strong follow-up and conversion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and travel booking systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer requirements.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
