About Us

Kaz Worldwide Travel Ltd is an established UK travel company operating two brands — Kaz Travel, a call-driven agency, and FlyersHub, our online travel platform. We're expanding our Gurgaon sales team and looking for high-energy closers.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 5 years' sales experience, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Prior experience working with a UK-based company (UK process / UK customer handling essential)
- Hands-on experience converting Meta (Skyscanner,Kayak etc) enquiries over phone, WhatsApp and other channels
- Working knowledge of GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) — searching, fares, and booking
- Aggressive,



conversion-driven mindset — someone who chases the lead and closes
- Strong spoken English and confident phone manner
- Comfortable with high call volumes and rapid follow-ups
- Travel/OTA sales background is a strong plus

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound Meta-generated enquiries via phone and WhatsApp
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and maximise conversion rates
- Use GDS to search fares, build itineraries and issue bookings
- Follow up persistently and manage your own pipeline
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
