Travel Consultant (Full-Time Opportunity)

About the Role

Wanderlust Travel World is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to join the team in Bangalore. This high-ownership role is ideal for candidates passionate about travel, client interaction, and end-to-end booking operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Consultation: Consult with international clients (UK/US) via phone and email to understand travel requirements.
- Itinerary Planning: Design customized travel itineraries covering flights, accommodation, and curated experiences.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with global B2B suppliers to negotiate rates and secure deals.
- Booking & Ticketing: Issue flight tickets, confirm hotel and tour reservations, and ensure seamless closure of bookings.
- Operations Support: Collaborate with internal visa and operations teams, and provide on-trip assistance to travelers when needed.
- Quality & Accuracy:
- Verify PNR details (passenger names, DOB, routing, fare rules,



payment status) prior to ticketing.
- Maintain database updates and double-check all booking parameters before finalizing.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate degree; a degree or certification in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- 0.5 to 1 year of experience in the travel, holiday, or cruise industry (preferred for interns, required for direct full-time consideration).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Language Proficiency: Spoken fluency in Hindi or Kannada (at least one is mandatory).
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

- Full-Time CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 / month + Variable (commensurate with experience)
