Role DescriptionAs a Travel Consultant, you'll be the person travelers turn to when planning their trip. You'll understand their requirements, advise them on the right destination and itinerary, and guide them through the booking process — from the first enquiry to a confirmed trip. You'll engage with travelers via calls, WhatsApp, and email, share quotations and travel information, and stay in touch before, during, and after their trip to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Along the way, you'll build real expertise in destinations, travel planning, and what makes a trip memorable.

Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi & Gujarati)
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset
- Positive coordination and teamwork abilities
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Understand travelers' requirements and advise on suitable destinations and itineraries
- Customize itineraries based on customer preferences
- Follow up with leads and support the booking process
- Share quotations, itineraries, and travel-related information with travelers
- Maintain timely communication with customers before, during, and after their trip
- Coordinate with the operations team on trip details
- Build lasting relationships that drive repeat bookings and referrals
- Continuously learn about destinations, travel products, and sales processes
