Handle customer inquiries and understand their travel requirements. Prepare customized tour packages, itineraries and quotations . Coordinate with hotels, transporters and other travel vendors. Handle bookings for hotels, vehicles and tour packages .
Follow up with clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, WhatsApp and email . Provide information about destinations, hotels, sightseeing and travel arrangements.
Ensure smooth coordination before and during the customer's trip. Maintain booking records and update client details in Excel/MIS . Handle customer queries and resolve travel-related issues professionally.
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain positive client relationships.
