Travel Consultant / Travel AgentWe are looking for a Travel Consultant / Travel Agent who can understand customer travel requirements, recommend suitable options, and manage bookings from initial enquiry through confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
- Understand customer requirements including destination, travel dates, budget, number of travellers, and preferences.
- Recommend suitable flights, hotels, holiday packages, transportation, and travel services.
- Prepare itineraries and quotations based on customer requirements.
- Compare available options and help customers make the right travel decision.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
- Handle flight and hotel reservations, modifications, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, tour operators, and other vendors.
- Negotiate and obtain competitive rates wherever possible.
- Collect booking information and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist customers with travel-related queries before and during their trip.
- Maintain booking records and update customer/lead information.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve booking-related issues professionally.
- Work toward individual and team sales and booking targets.

Skills Required




- Solid communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good sales, negotiation, and closing ability.
- Ability to understand customer needs rather than simply provide information.
- Good knowledge of destinations, hotels, flights, and travel planning.
- Ability to prepare clear quotations and itineraries.
- Strong follow-up and lead-management skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, booking portals, CRM systems, and online tools.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Agent, Reservation Executive, Holiday Consultant, Tour Consultant, or similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in travel agencies, hotels, airlines, OTAs, tour operators, or hospitality companies is preferred.
- Familiarity with flight/hotel booking systems or GDS platforms is an advantage.
