Role Description The Trainer Support Associate (WFO – US Shift) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position supports trainers who deliver math learning experiences to students in US time zones, ensuring sessions run smoothly and effectively. Daily responsibilities include coordinating trainer schedules, preparing and sharing session materials, tracking attendance and learner progress, and addressing operational issues before, during, and after classes.

The role involves responding to trainer queries, documenting support requests, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and collaborating with operations and academic teams to improve training processes.



The Associate also contributes to quality assurance by monitoring feedback from trainers and learners and helping implement improvements in workflow and communication.

Qualifications

- Ability to provide strong operational support to trainers, including session coordination, documentation, and follow-up.
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms used for online learning, scheduling, and data entry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with trainers, learners, and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, especially when working in US shift hours.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for handling live session issues and learner-related queries.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced education technology environment and adapting to evolving processes.
- Prior experience in training support, academic operations, customer support, or education services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office and reliably cover US shift timings.

- Basic Excel knowledge (Pivot, Vlookup, filter etc)
- Proactive approach and Willingness to learn
