- Skill Development About the RoleSJCS Technologies is looking for a passionate and experienced Corporate Trainer who can deliver practical, industry-oriented training programs to college students at engineering colleges and educational institutions . The trainer will be responsible for travelling to colleges, conducting classroom training, workshops, hands-on sessions, and technical seminars on emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cyber Security, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Python, Cloud Computing, and related IT domains . Key ResponsibilitiesConduct technical training sessions for college students at client/college locations. Travel to colleges and deliver classroom-based training and workshops . Train students through practical examples, demonstrations, exercises, and hands-on projects. Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, assessments, and project work. Explain complex technical concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner. Conduct seminars, workshops, bootcamps, and technical awareness sessions. Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and practical assessments. Guide students in real-world projects and industry-oriented applications. Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry trends. Coordinate with the SJCS Technologies training team and college coordinators. Maintain professional communication with college management, faculty, TPOs, and students. Provide feedback on student performance and training effectiveness.

Preferred

QualificationsB.Tech / B.E / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. / MBA (IT) or equivalent qualification. Prior experience as a Corporate Trainer / Technical Trainer / Faculty / Industry Trainer is preferred.

Experience in conducting college training programs, workshops, CRT programs, or technical bootcamps will be an added advantage.
