Role Description As a Traffic Executive at LOBB Logistics, you will manage day-to-day vehicle movement and load planning to ensure timely dispatches and deliveries. You will coordinate with transporters, truck drivers, and internal teams to allocate loads, confirm schedules, and resolve routing issues. The role includes monitoring trip status, updating systems with accurate shipment information, and escalating operational challenges when needed.

You will assist in optimizing routes, controlling transit times,



and supporting the matching of trucks to loads in alignment with business priorities. This is a full-time, in office role based in Ambala, requiring active presence in the operations environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong transport coordination and traffic management skills, including route planning and vehicle scheduling.
- Candidates should possess skills in logistics operations, such as load allocation, trip monitoring, and documentation handling.
- Candidates should possess basic technology and data entry skills, including the use of logistics software, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
- Candidates should possess communication and stakeholder management skills for effective interaction with drivers, transporters, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and decision-making skills to address delays, exceptions, and operational bottlenecks.
- Relevant experience in road transport, freight forwarding, or logistics operations is preferred.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment in Ambala and flexibility to support extended or shift hours as operations require.
