Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tourism MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Manager role based in Gujarat, India. The Tourism MICE Manager will plan, coordinate, and manage corporate and group travel events, including meetings, incentive trips, conferences, and exhibitions.

Responsibilities include designing tailored travel and event itineraries, negotiating with hotels, venues, and transport providers, and ensuring smooth logistics before, during, and after events. The role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their objectives, providing high-quality customer service, managing budgets and timelines,



and handling on-ground execution of tours and events. The Tourism MICE Manager will also support tourism marketing initiatives, maintain vendor relationships, and prepare reports to evaluate event performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Tourism Management and Tourism, with a strong understanding of MICE operations and destination planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Guided Tours, including designing itineraries, coordinating group movements, and managing on-site tour experiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service, with the ability to respond to client needs, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess skills in Tourism Marketing, including basic knowledge of promoting events, packages, and destinations through online and offline channels.
- Relevant experience in MICE, corporate travel, or event management, ideally within the tourism or hospitality sector.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and budget control.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site with flexibility for varied schedules around events and peak travel seasons.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration
