We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Ticketing Executive who can manage airline reservations and ticketing requirements efficiently.

This role is suitable for candidates who have a strong understanding of airline reservation processes and are trained or certified in GDS systems, particularly Amadeus and Galileo.

About the RoleAs a Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for handling airline reservations, creating and managing PNRs (Passenger Name Records), working on group fares, and ensuring that bookings are processed accurately and within the required timelines.

The candidate should be comfortable working with GDS platforms and should have practical familiarity with Amadeus and Galileo.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle airline ticket bookings and reservations for individual and group travel requirements.
- Manage group fare enquiries, availability checks, fare quotations, and group bookings.
- Create, modify, and manage PNRs accurately.
- Check flight availability, schedules, fares, rules, and applicable booking conditions.
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams for group fare requests and confirmations.
- Process ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and amendments as required.
- Ensure all passenger details and booking information are entered accurately.
- Monitor booking deadlines,



ticketing time limits, payment requirements, and other applicable timelines.
- Handle itinerary changes and provide appropriate solutions to customers or internal teams.
- Maintain proper records of bookings, ticketing details, and related documentation.
- Ensure that all ticketing activities are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Escalate complex booking or fare-related issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Provide timely updates regarding booking status, confirmations, and ticketing requirements.

Mandatory RequirementsGDS certification is mandatory for this position.

Candidates must have completed a recognised GDS certification/course and should be familiar with working on:

- Amadeus
- Galileo

Candidates should have a basic practical understanding of airline reservation and ticketing processes, including PNR creation and management. What We Are Looking For
- Fresher or candidate with up to 2 years of relevant experience in airline ticketing/reservations.
- Valid GDS certification is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Amadeus and Galileo.
- Understanding of airline reservation and ticketing procedures.
- Ability to create and manage PNRs accurately.
- Understanding of group bookings and group fare processes.
- Good attention to detail,



particularly while entering passenger and travel information.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Responsible, organised, and professional approach towards work.
- Willingness to learn and develop further expertise in travel and ticketing operations.
