Role Description The Thala Teacher role at PW is a full-time, on-site position based in India.

The Thala

Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons, support students in understanding core concepts, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.

Responsibilities include planning curriculum-aligned sessions, conducting classroom teaching, monitoring student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves collaborating with academic teams, participating in training and content review, and using PW’s learning platforms and tools to enhance classroom experiences.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.




- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured, outcome-focused learning sessions.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, guardians, and academic teams in a clear and respectful manner.
- Relevant teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in competitive exam preparation or school/college-level education.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant academic discipline or in Education.
- Comfort with using digital tools, learning platforms, and basic classroom technology.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics, motivate students, and maintain an inclusive learning environment.
- Fluency in English and at least one regional language is an advantage.
