As a Test Automation Engineer, your day involves applying quality processes and leveraging automation tools and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. You will oversee the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to improve control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This role requires a proactive approach to managing testing activities, ensuring that solutions meet high standards and contribute to the overall success of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and quality improvement.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new testing tools and techniques to enhance efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Monitor and report on testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to Salesforce environments.
- Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance principles.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
