Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying relevant tenders, reviewing eligibility criteria, and coordinating internal inputs to prepare competitive bids. The role involves drafting and refining technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with company capabilities in aviation, automotive, simulation, and unmanned systems.

The Tendering

Specialist will collaborate closely with sales, procurement, finance, and technical teams to gather accurate data,



ensure compliance with tender requirements, and submit documentation within deadlines. Daily activities include analyzing tender specifications, maintaining tender trackers and documentation, engaging with clients or authorities for clarifications, and supporting post-tender negotiations and follow-up.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong tender management and procurement skills, including experience in end-to-end bid processes and vendor coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to interpret tender documents, evaluate requirements, and perform basic commercial and cost analysis.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for internal coordination and external interactions with clients and authorities.
- Candidates should possess effective proposal writing skills, with the ability to prepare structured, accurate, and persuasive technical and commercial documents.
- Relevant experience in aviation, automotive, defense, or technology-driven industries is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to handle multiple tenders and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with tender portals or e-procurement systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, commerce, or a related field; equivalent practical experience in tendering or contracts management is also valued.
