- Searching / Sourcing for online tenders and reading available tender documents.
- Complete online registration process on different tender websites.
- Preparing all kind of documents related to the tender.
- Follow up with OEM / Vendor / Client for queries and confirmation
- Tender submission and co-ordination for both Physical and Online tenders
- Manage assigned projects with proper plan & execution, scheduled activities and follow-up with reports.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating with the technical and management aspects of projects.
- Participating in client/contractor meetings and resolving client or project issues.
Key Skills required:
- 3 - 10 yrs. Experience is required.
- Valuable communications skills (written & spoken).
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe, Autocad & Internet Browsing is a must.
