Explain Smart Skill

Academy's courses, benefits, fees, schedules, and career opportunities. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses. Generate enquiries and convert leads into student admissions. Follow up regularly with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.

Handle questions, objections, and concerns professionally. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in Excel/CRM. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission/sales targets. Coordinate with the counselling/admissions team for successful enrolment.

Maintain good relationships with students and prospective customers.



Submit daily call, follow-up, and conversion reports. RequirementsGood Tamil and English communication skills. Confident and persuasive telephone communication.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM. Positive attitude and willingness to work toward targets. Freshers with good communication skills can be considered. Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, counselling, or education you need this as sales is an advantage.
