The role involves handling both Inbound and Outbound processes and assisting customers with appointments for regular routine full-body health check-ups . Key Responsibilities:Handle both inbound and outbound processes.

Interact with customers regarding regular routine full-body health check-ups. Explain health check-up packages and assist customers with their queries. Schedule and confirm health check-up appointments.

Follow up with customers regarding their appointments. Maintain accurate customer and appointment records. Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. Achieve assigned appointment booking targets.

Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skills.



Customer-friendly and professional approach. Valuable convincing and follow-up skills. Basic computer knowledge. Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.

Hindi communication is required. Bengali-speaking candidates are also welcome to apply.

Basic
