About the Role

Amwhiz is a Zoho implementation partner helping Tamil Nadu businesses go digital. We're hiring an Inside Sales Executive to own the first conversation with every new lead — understanding what the business actually needs, capturing the right information, and setting up our senior consultants for a focused, high-value demo.

You won't be expected to be a Zoho expert on day one. We'll train you on a structured playbook that guides every call, so your job is to listen well, ask the right questions, and log the details accurately — not to know every Zoho product inside out.

What You'll Do

- Take the first call with every inbound lead (from ads, referrals, and website enquiries) within 24 hours of lead assignment.
- Run our structured discovery playbook to understand what the customer's business actually needs — not just what product they think they want.
- Ask the right qualifying questions to understand company size, current tools in use, urgency, and who the decision-maker is.
- Accurately log every call's details into our CRM (HubSpot) — no lead should go un-updated.
- Identify whether a lead needs a New Zoho Setup, help with an existing Zoho account, or a Support & Fix, and route it correctly.
- Handle common early objections (like “I just want CRM”) using our scripted reframing approach, without being pushy.
- Schedule qualified leads for a demo/technical call with a senior consultant, and brief them beforehand.




- Follow up with leads who aren't ready yet, keeping them warm for future conversion.

What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years — of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer support, or lead qualification (software/SaaS background is a plus, not mandatory).
- Fluent spoken and written English and Tamil — mandatory.
- Hindi speaking ability — valuable to have.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling first-time software buyers who may not be tech-savvy.
- Basic comfort using CRM tools/software — full training provided on HubSpot.
- A patient, consultative communication style — someone who listens before pitching.
- Organized and detail-oriented — this role lives and dies by accurate data capture.

Good to Have
- Prior experience in ERP, CRM, or SaaS sales/support.
- Familiarity with GST, Tally, or day-to-day operations of small businesses in Tamil Nadu.

What Success Looks Like
- Every assigned lead gets a completed discovery call within 24 hours.
- High accuracy in captured information — leads handed to seniors are genuinely qualified, not just “warm bodies.”
- Growing conversion rate from qualified lead → senior demo → closed deal.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
