Role Description The Telesales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain solar products and services, generate interest, and convert leads into sales. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, providing accurate information, answering queries, and maintaining detailed records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.

The Telesales

Executive will coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments, support post-call customer follow-up,



and meet individual and team sales targets. The role also includes gathering customer feedback and sharing insights that support continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
- Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities, with a focus on building trust and resolving concerns.
- Lead Generation and Sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call management tools.
- Proven ability to work with targets, manage time effectively, and handle a high volume of calls.
- Prior telesales or inside sales experience in solar or related industries is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Comfortable working in office in Gurugram and collaborating within a diverse team environment.
