Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain products/services clearly and professionally.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Generate qualified leads and follow up with prospects.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Follow up regularly with interested customers to drive conversions.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.





Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Valuable Hindi/English communication skills;

Confident and persuasive personality.

Ability to handle customer objections and rejection positively.

Basic computer knowledge

Knowledge of Tenders Portal (GeM) and B2B portals (IndiaMART)

Previous telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience is an advantage.
