Hiring Telecallers (Real Estate) Location: Kavuri Hills, Madhapur, Hyderabad Dayshift: 9am - 5.30 pm ( Tuesday holiday, Sunday working day ) Salary: Freshers – ₹16,000 per month Experienced (Sales/Real Estate Sales) – Up to ₹18,000 per month attractive Incentives 30k and above Min 1 sale double the salary. ? Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain real estate projects. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about property listings. Maintain follow‑up with interested leads to convert them into site visits and closures.

Update daily call records, lead status, and feedback in CRM/Excel trackers. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule property visits and meetings.



Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, site visits, and conversions.

Share regular updates with management on call performance and customer responses. ? Skills &

Requirements: Fluent Telugu speaking skills; basic English communication required. Positive convincing skills and customer handling ability.
