Role Description

This is a full-time Telecalling and Back Office Professional role, based in Bhopal with flexibility for some remote work as part of a hybrid setup. The role involves making outbound and handling inbound calls, maintaining client records, managing documentation and data entry processes, addressing customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.



The professional will also provide administrative support and perform other back-office tasks to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Proficient in Telecalling, effective verbal communication, and managing customer inquiries
- Excellent skills in Documentation, Data Entry, and Record Keeping
- Comfortable using technology such as CRM and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of administrative processes and customer relationship management
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in both in-office and remote/hybrid environments
- Prior experience in customer service or back-office work is a plus
