Telecaller / Call Coordinator Required – Doctor At Home We are hiring a Telecaller for our home visit healthcare service. Job involves picking incoming calls, booking patient visits, and coordinating with field/doctor teams.

Salary: ₹[30,000 - 35,000]/month Shift: [12 hours, Day/Night Both are available] Location: Pulse Clinic : C-15 A Paschimpuri, Near Club Road Paschim Vihar, Delhi-63 Work: Answer incoming patient calls Book doctor/nurse home visit appointments Coordinate visit details with field team (doctor/nursing staff) Follow up with patients for confirmation and feedback Maintain call and booking records in CRM Handle basic patient queries politely Requirements: Valuable communication skills (Hindi/English) Basic computer knowledge (CRM, WhatsApp, Excel) Prior telecalling/customer service experience preferred, freshers can apply Patience and ability to multitask during busy hours ?
