The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and prior experience in BPO or tele caller .

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential leads for residential/commercial real estate projects Pitch project details, handle objections, and generate interest Qualify leads and schedule site visits or callbacks for the sales team Maintain lead data accurately in CRM Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets Follow call scripts and adhere to process quality standards Key Requirements:
